Self Mutilation was created between 2011-2012. Composed of found footage that has been digitally altered, Self Mutilation displays the absence of self through a screen, and an expression of content rendered through media. It questions the presence of film as entertainment and exposes its own presence, mimicking the static state and circling routine of information received by the viewer.
